My product journey started in the industry, working in operations roles where I tackled logistics, health and safety monitoring, and production inefficiencies, all through the lens of digital and software solutions. I quickly realized that technology could do more than just support the work, it could transform it. That mindset pulled me into product, where I now help organizations reimagine what's possible.
At PwC, I inherited a modest internal design system. I turned it into a global standard now used by 3,000+ products in 20+ territories. This didn’t happen through mandates: it happened by listening deeply to product teams, mapping their pain points, and building a scalable, accessible, user-centered solution.
The result? A design system that wins, helping position PwC as a serious player in product development, with consistent, polished, and accessible interfaces that deliver real results
